Who I Am
Rosanne Moss is a business strategist, operations leader, educator, and founder with extensive experience across military service, federal government operations, financial management, training, logistics, digital strategy, and entrepreneurship support.
Throughout her career, she has built systems, coordinated complex operations, developed processes, supported teams, and helped organizations move from scattered activity toward greater structure and accountability.
She founded Ladybugz Academy to bring that practical experience to entrepreneurs and growing organizations that need more than inspiration. They need clear priorities, documented processes, useful tools, and the operational foundation to move forward with confidence.
