Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy

This Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy explains who owns the original content offered by Ladybugz Bookstore LLC, doing business as Ladybugz Academy ("Ladybugz Academy," "we," "us," or "our"), what it does not own, and what you may and may not do with it.

1. Ownership of Content

Ladybugz Bookstore LLC owns its original written content, branding, educational materials, arrangement, layout, and other original contributions to its completed designs, including materials created using Canva. Certain fonts, images, graphics, templates, and design elements may be licensed from Canva or other third parties and remain subject to the applicable provider's license terms.

This ownership statement applies to Ladybugz Academy's own original contributions — such as its written content, branding, and the overall arrangement and layout of a design — and does not extend to individual third-party elements included within a design merely because they were incorporated, modified, or combined with other elements.

2. Materials Covered

This Policy covers Ladybugz Academy's original Mini eBook, articles, downloadable worksheets, videos, graphics, completed designs, and other original training materials made available on the Site, whether provided for free or as part of a paid Strategy Session.

3. Permitted Use

When you access or download the Materials, you may:

• use the Materials personally;
• use the Materials internally within your own business or organization; and
• print worksheets for internal use by your own team.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• resell the Materials;
• redistribute the Materials publicly;
• share the Materials with clients or outside organizations;
• republish the Materials, in whole or in part;
• upload the Materials to public platforms or repositories;
• remove any attribution, branding, or copyright notice from the Materials;
• claim ownership of the Materials; or
• use the Materials to create competing products or services.

5. Trademarks

Names and branding used in connection with Ladybugz Academy, including "Ladybugz Academy," "Launch Smart," and "Launch Readiness Scorecard," are used by Ladybugz Bookstore LLC as brand names. This Policy does not represent that any of these names are federally registered trademarks, and no registered-trademark symbol is used for any of them. This Policy does not grant you any right to use those names or any Ladybugz Academy logo.

6. Third-Party Materials and Platform Technology

Ladybugz Academy's services and designs rely on third-party materials and platform technology that Ladybugz Academy does not own, including fonts, images, graphics, templates, and other design elements licensed from Canva or other providers, and the platform technology used to deliver our services (such as our scheduling provider, our payment link provider, and the technology supporting the Launch Readiness Scorecard). Those materials and that technology remain the property of their respective owners and are used by Ladybugz Academy under license or under the applicable provider's terms of service.

7. Reporting Suspected Infringement

If you believe the Materials are being used without authorization, or that your own content has been used on the Site without permission, contact us at contact@ladybugzacademy.com with details of the concern.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
